antwerp à la carte
Antwerp à la Carte, a visual identity for an exhibition at Museum aan de Stroom, Antwerp.
antwerp à la carte
The exhibition Antwerp à la carte discovers the relationship between the city of Antwerp and its food, from centuries ago all the way to the near future. How does the city gets its food? What do the people eat? And what happens to all food waste? The exhibition follows the trail of food in the city in order to find answers to all these questions.
The floor plan and visual design of the exhibition follows this very same route. Step by step you will discover a new chapter within this 'food chain'. Each chapter has its own entity, emphasized by individual typographical styles referring to the specific subject of the chapter.
